About Ms. Lacy

I am a National Board Certified (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) in the state of Mississippi. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I received my Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling, as well as my Specialist Degree in Psychometry from Jackson State University. I am a member of the Mississippi Counseling Association of Licensed Professional Counselors (MCA). I also serve on the board of Our Time Adult Daycare in Jackson, MS. I am a Certified Parent trainer, Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist as well as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I am very passionate about helping others change their lives. I am committed to healing the hearts of others and teaching them effective ways to cope. While having over 15 years of mental health experience, being a life long learner is a priority. I believe that as your counselor I can really help you make a difference in your life. It is my duty to educate the community about the importance of Mental Health Awareness while being dedicated and willing to teach others the many ways to achieve overall wellness and to have a purposeful life.
